The upper cottage has a beautiful A-frame bedroom with double bed and full furniture suites.

This holiday cottage is therefore suitable for a couple to stay on their own, though a folding bed and a cot are always available if needed.

On the ground floor, a fitted kitchen, a lounge/diner and a fitted bathroom with bath, shower, handbasin and w.c.

Both cottages have oil central heating, augmented by wood-burning stoves and immersion heaters, so that they are comfortable at any season of the year. They each have an electric cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and automatic washing machine, as well as a microwave oven, toaster, sandwich toaster and kettle.

The kitchens are well-equipped with utensils and there is a more than ample supply of crockery, cutlery and table-ware, all carefully chosen to reflect the character of the cottages themselves. There is a television, video recorder, DVD player and CD/Radio in each cottage and a radio alarm in every bedroom.
